H.Gittins Transport was founded in 1972 by William Hugh Gittins, providing nation-wide transportation to the Midland Steel and Automotive Industry.

The U.K. based family firm has grown considerably since those early days, and now a fleet provide specialist and general transportation to a variety of industries requiring assorted haulage and delivery solutions, including flat bed, HIAB, trailers, curtain sided, articulated or combinations.

The year 2004 will see the company diversify even further into the distribution and storage sectors of the market, introducing groundbreaking technical innovation with which to deliver flexibility that the market place demands.
